I had two 23 year old furnaces and AC units in my business. Four Seasons was one of 3 bids I received for replacement. Howard won the bid by being exceptionally attentive to the needs of the of the building for best operation while still be mindful of the cost to me as customer and client. He spent the time necessary with me to help me understand what my unique needs were. Howard’s bid was not the lowest bid nor the highest bid but I felt this bid held the most value.
