Energy-Efficient Home Upgrade Incentives

Four Seasons Air Specialists, Inc. is pleased to inform our customers about available programs that support energy-efficient home improvements and help reduce the cost of upgrading heating, cooling, and electrical systems.

High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHRA)

The High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program (HEEHRA) offers point-of-sale rebates to help eligible households offset the cost of qualifying energy-efficient upgrades. These rebates are administered at the state level, with funding amounts and availability varying by state.

Under HEEHRA, households may qualify for rebates totaling up to $14,000, including:

• Up to $8,000 for installing Energy Star®-qualified heat pumps
• Up to $4,000 for electrical panel upgrades
• Up to $1,600 for home insulation and air sealing improvements
• Up to $2,500 for qualified home electrical wiring upgrades

Income-Based Eligibility

Eligibility for HEEHRA rebates is based on household income relative to the Area Median Income (AMI):

• Households at or below 80% of AMI may qualify for 100% of the system purchase price, up to program limits
• Households between 80% and 150% of AMI may qualify for 50% of the system purchase price, up to program limits
• Households above 150% of AMI are not eligible for HEEHRA rebates

Program Availability

The duration and availability of HEEHRA rebates depend on:

• Funding allocated to each state
• The number of rebates distributed

Once state programs are launched and funds are exhausted, rebates may no longer be available.
